An area of grass near Broughty Castle was damaged by a suspected dirt biker at the weekend. Several tyre marks were visible on Saturday morning. It is thought the vandalism happened some time on Friday night. Liberal Democrat councillor for the area Craig Duncan said the culprits were “utterly disrespectful”.
