A new mini-bus shuttle service has been launched to help key workers get from Kirriemuir to Forfar.
The Angus Council-run route is being put in place to assist those living in the village to get to work in both Forfar and will also connect with onward travel to Dundee via the 20 and 20C bus services.
A spokesperson for the local authority said: “This shuttle service has been introduced in response to residents’ feedback, but please remember, it is for key workers, or for those who have to make essential trips for food or medical reasons.
“You’ll find more information about Roads, Parking and Travel during the Coronavirus Outbreak, including the timetable for the Kirrie shuttle, on our website.
“Remember, the over-riding message from the Government is clear – Stay at Home to Save Lives.”
