Police have charged a man with an alleged breach of the peace following a disturbance outside a Dundee city centre chemist. Multiple police vehicles arrived outside of Boots on Reform Street just after 1pm on Wednesday afternoon. Police outside Boots on Reform Street. Some officers were wearing hazmat suits on arrival. A police statement reads: “Police received reports of a disturbance outside Boots in Dundee city centre around 1.15pm. “A man was cautioned and charged with breach of the peace.”
