A Dundee singer has been added to the bill for an online fundraising festival to support music venues in Scotland. Be Charlotte is one of a number of Scottish artists taking to the virtual stage on Friday night, for the Save Our Venues event. Proceeds will be split between grassroots venues to help keep them afloat during lockdown. One of the venues to benefit will be Church in Dundee. The line up also includes KT Tunstall, The Xcerts, Hunter & the Bear, Wet Wet Wet and Fatherson. Festival host Vic Galloway will be talking to musicians and venue representatives to highlight the roles they play. Tickets for the live event start from £5, available at www.universe.com/events/save-our-scottish-venues-tickets-edinburgh-307Q9X Donations can be made to the national Save Our Scottish Venues fundraiser, or to specific venues.
