NHS Tayside’s finance and payroll teams have backed the organisation’s Pay it Forward campaign by donating food and toiletries to a Dundee charity.
Alexander Community Development will now divide the donations between 20 food banks across the city.
The NHS Tayside campaign was initiated by members of staff who wanted to donate items to communities across the region as a thank you for the support they have received during the pandemic.
Personal assistant Alison Inglis said: “Everyone in the team has shown incredible generosity by getting involved in the NHS Tayside Pays it Forward campaign.
“We felt it was important to join our clinical colleagues in paying it forward. It is vital to help those in need at this time.”
