Police are hunting the driver of a BMW following a two-vehicle crash in a Dundee supermarket car park.
A red Audi A3 was sent flying into a wall when it collided with the vehicle outside the Kirkton Asda on Monday at about 4.35pm.
The driver of the black BMW sped off before police arrived at the scene.
The wall was left “badly damaged” as a result of the crash.
Nobody was seriously injured in the collision.
A Tayside Police Division statement reads: “Police Scotland is appealing for information about a collision in the car park at Asda Kirkton, Dundee, about 4.35pm yesterday (July 6).
“A red Audi A3 and a black BMW were involved in the incident, with the Audi going through a small wall causing extensive damage.
“Fortunately, no-one was badly hurt, although the BMW drove off before police arrived.
“If you have any information that could assist our investigation, please call 101 or speak with any police officer.
“Also, information can be given anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. Our reference is incident 2471 of July 6.”
