A man in his 50s has been charged with public indecency following an alleged incident involving a restaurant fish tank.
The diner was arrested after a disturbance at Jahangir Tandoori, located in the city’s busy student district near Hawkhill.
The 55-year-old was subsequently charged and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A spokesperson for the Tayside division of Police Scotland said: “Police were called around 9.15pm on Sunday, 19 July, following the report of public indecency inside a restaurant on Session Street, Dundee.”
