Public toilets across Dundee are reopening after a closure of about four months due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Facilities will reopen on Friday from 10am to 4pm having been “carefully risk-assessed” by local authority officials.
Social distancing and hygiene control measures will be in place at the city’s public toilets, with signs and information in place.
A Dundee City Council spokesman said: “Public conveniences across the city will reopen on Friday 31st July from 10am – 4pm.
“All facilities have been carefully risk assessed and follow current guidance, with measures in place to ensure social distancing and hygiene control can be managed. Signs and information will be in place to help people use the facilities safely.
“As the virus is still in circulation it is extremely important that this guidance is followed within shared public toilet facilities.
“The automated public conveniences at Queen Street, Bank Street and Hilltown will reopen on Monday, August 17.”
