Police are investigating after a caravan was stolen from a Dundee street in broad daylight.
It was taken from St Fillan’s Road, in the St Mary’s area of the city, between 10.30am and 11am on Monday, August 24.
It is a cream-coloured Bailey Pageant single-axle caravan with the registration SX13 KRZ.
It is said to have been towed away by a blue Volkwagen Passat in the direction of St Giles Terrace.
A Tayside Police Division statement reads: “We are appealing for information regarding the theft of a caravan from St Fillan’s Road, Dundee, which happened between 10.30am and 11am on Monday, August 24.
“It is a cream coloured Bailey Pageant single-axle caravan which carried the registration SX13 KRZ when it was taken.
“Some witnesses we have already spoken with have informed us that it was towed away by a blue VW Passat, and left in the direction of St Giles Terrace.
“If you have seen this caravan since Monday, or have any other information that could assist our investigation, please call 101 or speak with any police officer.
“Also, information can be given anonymously through CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111. Our reference is incident 1103 of August 24.”
