Carol Vorderman has shared her love for the “great city” of Dundee as the TV personality pays a visit to the area.
The former Countdown star took to Twitter on Monday morning to reveal she was in Tayside.
Vorderman’s son Cameron King, who hopes to become a games designer, was due to move to Dundee to study a masters degree in animation and video effects.
In June, Vorderman told BBC Radio Wales her son – who was born with severe dyslexia and attention deficit disorder – would “find his heaven” in the city, which is home to a thriving gaming industry.
The 59-year-old is believed to have made the trip north to help him settle in.
On Monday morning Vorderman tweeted: “Good morning from Dundee. It’s lovely here. A great city.”
The mathematician also said she hopes to visit the “amazing” V&A while in the area in response to a reply from one local.
