A member of the public made the discovery after walking past Clearwater Park. Officers were informed and are now trying to track down the owner of the vehicle to have the car removed. A police spokesman confirmed: “We received a call at 1:33pm reporting a 4×4 in the Dighty, near Clearwater. “The vehicle appears to be unoccupied. “We are now trying to get in touch with the registered keeper of the vehicle to get it removed from the water.”
