Female motorcyclist injured in Muirhead accident

A female biker has been injured in an accident in Muirhead, outside Dundee.

Ambulances and police attended the junction in the village at 3.50pm on Tuesday afternoon after the motorcyclist came off her bike.

It is not yet known if her injuries are serious.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Officers are currently in attendance after female motorcyclist has come off her bike on Coupar Angus Road.”

A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesman said he could not comment.
