A man who approached two teenage girls in a Dundee housing estate has been charged by police
The suspicious stranger tried to speak with the teenagers shortly before 8pm on Wednesday night in the Fintry area of the city, between Findowrie Street and Grampian Gardens
Locals reported seeing a man hiding in bushes before the incident took place.
Police have now however confirmed that a 28-year-old suspect has been charged in relation to the alleged offence.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Police Scotland can confirm that a 28-year-old man has been charged in connection with an incident in the Fintry area of Dundee on Wednesday May 4.
“A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and he is expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court today.”
