A 2012 Olympic medallist and Rio hopeful will visit a Monifieth primary school next week.
Dan Purvis, who took home the bronze medal for gymnastics at the London games, is meeting Grange pupils to discuss fitness.
He will help the children create healthy smoothies, give tips to the gymnastics club and get involved in the school’s daily mile-long walk.
His visit is part of the Get Set to Eat Fresh schools initiative, developed by Team GB in partnership with Aldi.
Dan competed for Scotland in the 2014 Commonwealth Games because his mother Denise is from Dundee. He is the only Scottish gymnast to have won Olympic and World Championship medals.
