Police in Dundee are investigating the discovery of a 34-year-old woman’s body in the Nethergate on Thursday night. The grim discovery was made on land behind the Tokyos restaurant around 11pm. Office and shop staff arrived at work on Friday to find the police already on site. Land behind the Nethergate building has been cordoned off by police and a Command Unit on site. Scene of crime officers were scouring the area for evidence and seen putting white material into a bag. An official statement from Police Scotland said the woman’s death is being treated as unexplained, although the site is being as a crime scene. It is believed the woman was from Fife.
