Dundee Lord Provost Bob Duncan has come out fighting in support of a local karate club.
Mr Duncan donned a karate uniform – known as a gi – to record a good luck message for the Kanzen Karate club before their departure for the WUKF World Karate Championships in Dublin next week.
And while his chain of office makes him look more like Dundee’s answer to Carl Douglas than Bruce Lee, it doesn’t stop the 69-year-old Lord Provost asking to join the club at the end of his video.
