A Lochee bus shelter has been smashed up by vandals.
A large pane of glass at the shelter in Lochee High Street was shattered late on Wednesday night.
Lochee councillor Alan Ross condemned the vandals.
He said: “There were sharp shards of glass lying around and there was still shattered glass left in the frame of the shelter, which could have been dangerous.
“These things cost the council thousands of pounds every year at a time when budgets are already stretched.
“This is an act of completely mindless vandalism, and these types of incidents cost money that needs to be spent elsewhere, so it impacts everybody.”
