The woman was walking on Charleston Drive around 4pm when a 6ft 2 man tried to grab her handbag and a carrier bag. The woman escaped uninjured from the incident, which occurred at the junction with Etive Gardens. The man is described as being between 20 to 30 years old and of slim build. He was wearing black trousers and a dark coloured hooded top, which was covering his head at the time. Anyone who saw or heard suspicious activity or knows who this man is, should contact Police Scotland on 101.
