Man denies brandishing hammer and threatening behaviour at Dundee address

Murray Hanlon, of Strathmore Avenue, denies brandishing a hammer and threatening another man.

Prosecutors allege that he shouted, swore and acted in an aggressive manner at an address on the street where he lives on May 20.

The 37-year-old then allegedly brandished a hammer and made violent threats towards Cameron McGregor.

A trial was fixed for February 19, with an intermediate diet on January 28.
