Dundee Sheriff Court was a wash-out today after a toilet in the sheriff’s office reportedly overflowed.
The legal stink was so severe jury trials were flushed-away for another day.
Urgent cases and the custody court were moved to the civil court annex building and the justice of the peace court, where those having spent the bank holiday long weekend in the cells were seen by a sheriff.
