Mark Devereaux, of Sandeman Street, allegedly failed to notify police about his plans as required under the terms of the sex offenders register. It is alleged that he failed to tell officers about a change in his passport details on December 5 2016. Then on October 23 last year, he allegedly failed to notify police of his plans to travel to Portugal on October 30. Devereaux, 50, had his case continued without plea until March 15.
