Shane McVicar, of Balmoral Terrace, denies committing the offences on January 28 last year. McVicar firstly denies stealing toiletries from Poundstretcher on High Street. At the same store, he allegedly headbutted Scott Grubb. Thereafter he is charged with stealing alcohol and toiletries from Aldi and Home Bargains in The Stack. McVicar allegedly assaulted Ali Aktary at Aldi by striking him on the head. Sheriff Gregor Murray continued McVicar’s intermediate diet.
