A 37-year-old man reversed into a parked car and damaged it.
James Elliott, of Clattowoods Place, had sentence deferred until February 26 after admitting three charges against him under the road traffic act.
Elliott admitted driving without due care and attention, by reversing into and colliding with a stationary car and causing damage to that car, at St Boswells Terrace, on October 18 last year.
He also admitted a second charge of failing to stop and provide his personal details and a third charge of failing to report the accident to police.
Elliott pleaded guilty via letter and sentence was deferred for his personal appearance.
