Gordon Horne, 31, of Church Street, Coupar Angus, had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court until August 7.
Horne admitted abusive behaviour by throwing crockery, a microwave, and a laptop, all belonging to his ex-partner Samantha Miller, at Adamson Court, Cupar, on November 3.
He also admitted forcibly pulling off wing mirrors, a number plate and window wipers from a car belonging to Ms Miller.
Horne further admitted that after being placed on bail conditions not to contact Ms Miller, he did so at Sleeperz Hotel, South Union Street, Dundee, on December 14 last year, and that he had cocaine, a Class A drug, at the same place on the same date.
