A Dundee man had a warrant issued after failing to attend court.
George Weir, 65, was due to appear in the dock for a deferred sentence after he previously admitted attacking William Galloway by striking him on the head and body to his severe injury on Peddie Street on November 18 2017.
Weir, of Hawkhill, also admitted possessing a knife during the same incident. After his non-appearance, Sheriff Alastair Brown issued a warrant.
