A Dundee man was ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work for struggling with police.
John Tierney, of Whitfield Gardens, admitted punching a hole in a plasterboard wall on Cassidy Walk on July 9 last year.
He also admitted that he shouted, swore and made violent threats in a police van before striking PC Scott Kidd on the head at Argyllgait on October 13.
Tierney, 30, also struggled violently with PCs Jill Doolan, Luke Dougan, Connor Burton and Geraldine Gray.
