A woman will stand trial accused of claiming almost £10,000 of benefits that she wasn’t entitled to.
Helen Reilly, 61, of Castlecary Gardens, allegedly failed to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances that affected her entitlement to benefits, obtained between September 2016 and February last year.
She allegedly obtained £9,980.30 of high rate mobility component from the disability living allowance and high rate care component during that time.
Sheriff John Rafferty fixed a trial for April 24 with an intermediate diet on March 6.
