Ross Ramsay, of Douglas Road, Dundee, was jailed for nine months after admitting one charge. Ramsay admitted assaulting his former partner, Candice Henderson, at Elders Court, on November 7 last year. He admitted pushing Ms Henderson on the body, causing her to fall to the ground, and throwing a bag or similar object at her, to her injury.
