A man has been accused at Dundee Sheriff Court of striking a police officer with a car.
Steven Cameron, 25, of Uist Terrace, allegedly tailgated another vehicle on Harris Terrace on April 10 and allegedly attempted to overtake when unsafe to do so, repeatedly swerved across the roadway, drove at excessive speeds and collided with a parked van causing damage to both vehicles.
Cameron is also accused of striking PC Peter Fraser and a police vehicle on Forfar Road on June 2.
He is further accused of failing to stop his car when told by police as well as driving without insurance or a valid MoT certificate. His case was continued without plea until December 14.
