A woman caught making homophobic remarks in a hostel has been given a chance to behave herself.
Sarah Duggan, of Transform, Soapwork Lane, admitted shouting, swearing and making homophobic remarks in that hostel as well as assaulting PC Gary Cameron by striking him on the body on September 25.
Dundee Sheriff Court heard police attended due to a disturbance and Duggan, 27, was arrested due to her abusive behaviour. She was asked to calm down but shouted abusive terms before kicking out at PC Cameron’s leg.
Sheriff Alistair Carmichael deferred sentence on Duggan for good behaviour until February 27.
