Man with revoked licence drove car on Dundee street

Sentence was deferred on a man who admitted driving without a licence.

Garry Millar, of Finella Terrace, drove a car on Findowrie Street on August 17 despite having revoked his licence on September 1 2014.

He also drove without a valid policy of insurance and without an MoT certificate on the same date.

Millar, 55, previously pleaded guilty to the offence but his case was continued until December 7 to be dealt with by Sheriff Alistair Carmichael.
