John Hodge, 48, admitted stealing £25.52 of goods from the Spar store on Ballindean Road on July 30. Fiscal depute Joanne Smith told the court that the goods had been partially recovered, to the value of £11.56. Sheriff Tom Hughes sentenced Hodge to two months in prison, reduced from three.
