A man who brawled with police during an incident on a Dundee street has been jailed.
John Mitchell, 39, of Ancrum Court, admitted that he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm in that he shouted, swore and struggled with police officers on October 11 at Gardner Street.
He further admitted being in possession of heroin.
He was sentenced to four months’ imprisonment on the first charge and two on the second, to run consecutively.
