Gail Herd, of Yeamans Lane, admitted being found in possession of controlled drugs at her home on January 28. The 40-year-old admitted being found in possession of 0.8g of heroin worth £100 and morphine capsules worth £188. Not guilty pleas were accepted by the Crown to charges of possessing tramadol, cannabis and etizolam. Solicitor Anika Jethwa said Herd had fallen back into offending following a number of personal issues. Sheriff John Rafferty fined her £250.
