Jamie Lumsden, 19, of Grampian Gardens, had sentence deferred until November 27.
Lumsden admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at another house on Grampian Gardens by gaining entry through an usecured door while the property was occupied by his ex-partner Lynsey MacNamara, slamming and punching holes in internal doors and kicking and damaging a lightbulb and a wardrobe in the bedroom on April 9.
