Lewis Latto, 25, of Balunie Avenue, and Matthew Latto, 18, of Rockwell Place, deny committing the offence at an address on Balunie Avenue on Thursday. Prosecutors allege Lewis Latto was found in possession of garden shears without reasonable excuse or lawful authority. Both deny behaving in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing and making threats towards Ruth Ross while in possession of garden shears. The pair will face trial on February 15 with an intermediate diet on January 24. They were both granted bail. This article originally appeared on the Evening Telegraph website.
