Richard Reid, of Dudhope Court, was fined £100 by Sheriff Alastair Brown. The 42-year-old admitted growing the Class B drug at a flat on the street on November 3 last year. Reid was fined after being deemed unfit for unpaid work. Sheriff Brown said: “You have a number of difficulties. Cannabis is not going to help.
