A woman allegedly assaulted two men at a Dundee car wash, brandished a pole at one of them, threw chairs at his car and damaged the company’s office.
Leian Egbert, 38, of Keats Place, will stand trial on November 6.
Egbert denies assaulting Christopher McDonald by seizing him by his clothing and attempting to punch him, at Aqua Car Wash, Strathmartine Road, on May 24 last year.
She also denies assaulting Joshua Batchelor by seizing him by the throat, at the same location, on the same date.
She further denies behaving aggressively by shouting, swearing and pursuing Mr McDonald, brandishing a vacuum extension pole, uttering threats of violence, and throwing two chairs at a car being driven by him.
Egbert denies destroying or damaging the property of another by damaging walls, fixtures and fittings in an office at the car wash.
And she further denies having an offensive weapon, namely a vacuum extension pole, again at Aqua Car Wash.
