A man has been found guilty of sexually assaulting an underage girl and a woman while they were sleeping.
Andrew O’Neill, 57, had denied engaging in sexual activity with a child aged under 16 while she was asleep at a house in Dundee.
The offence happened between May 1-June 30 2015.
He had also denied sexually assaulting a woman by standing over her while she slept, exposing himself and touching her face on an occasion between June 7-July 2 2015.
During the trial, O’Neill had claimed his victims were lying and said the accusations stemmed from “issues” between them.
He admitted going into rooms where victims were sleeping but claimed the only contact he had with them was when he shook them awake.
O’Neill was found guilty by majority verdict following a trial at Dundee Sheriff Court, and will be sentenced at a later date.
