A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man who admitted failing to provide a breath sample to police.
Craig Maiden, 33, previously of Fairhurst Walk but whose present whereabouts are unknown, was due to be sentenced for failing to provide two specimens of breath at police HQ on West Bell Street on New Year’s Day.
He also failed to provide information to police on Arbroath Road on the same date. After he failed to appear at court, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
