Samantha Tribe, 49, of Fintry Crescent, had an evidential hearing set for Tuesday after being accused of a £67,847 fraud.
Tribe denies fraudulently claiming £18,900.13 of housing benefit and £1,876.15 of council tax, by failing to declare she was living with a partner at her home address between June 18 2007 and April 12 2015.
She further denies fraudulently claiming £47,070.81 worth of working and child tax credit, between April 6 2011 and April 2 2015, also at her home address.
