A 23-year-old man contacted his former partner despite a court order banning him from doing so.
Connor McGowan, of North Wellington Street, had sentence deferred until November 30.
McGowan admitted that on April 4 he contacted his ex-partner Lori Roache and entered Linksfield, Tayport, despite being subject to a non-harassment order banning him from entering the street or contacting Ms Roache.
Sentence was deferred for McGowan to be of good behaviour.
