John McGuire, 67, of Harlow Place, was fined £200.
McGuire admitted acting in a racially aggravated manner by repeatedly attending at Family Shopper, High Street, Lochee, making racially offensive remarks, failing to leave upon being asked to do so and making threats of violence, on October 7 and 8.
The court heard McGuire accepted the facts but that he had no recollection of the incident and was “at a loss to explain it”.
