Sentence was deferred on a man who swore at police while apparently on drugs at Carseview Centre.
Darren Forbes, 35, of Kinghorne Road, admitted shouting, swearing and behaving in an aggressive manner at the hospital on July 15.
Forbes was in police care and became aggressive in the waiting area of the hospital.
Fiscal depute Gavin Burton said Forbes, who was believed to be under the influence of drugs, told police to “**** off” and to “let him the **** out of here”.
Forbes also admitted possessing heroin at High Street on August 17.
The court heard Forbes has “significant” mental health difficulties as well as recently suffering a serious blood infection.
Sheriff Alistair Brown deferred sentence until November 2 for the preparation of social work reports.
