A man who assaulted his former partner and twice breached bail by going back to her house when he was banned from doing so had sentence deferred at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Alexander Shepherd, 37, of Foundry Lane, pleaded guilty to assaulting Rebekah Moorehead on July 9.
He admitted placing his arm across her shoulders, restraining her against a wall and struggling with her at an address on Gardner Street.
Shepherd also admitted breaching bail on August 5 and 10 by going to Gardner Street when his bail order prohibited him from doing so.
Sentence was deferred until October 31 and Shepherd was placed on bail.
