Ryan Mitchell, 37, of Hilltown Court, in the Hilltown, represented himself at Dundee Sheriff Court. He made no plea during his brief, private appearance before Sheriff John Rafferty. There was no application for bail and Mitchell was remanded in custody by the sheriff. He was fully committed for trial, to be set at a later date.
