A 28-year-old man was fined £200 at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Alexander Clark, 28, of Church Street in Broughty Ferry admitted that on June 8, at Dunholm Road, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner likely to cause fear or alarm, shouted, swore and uttered threats of violence.
He also admitted possessing a knife, on the same date at the same place.
Sheriff Jillian Martin-Brown fined him £400 for the offences.
