Two men alleged to have been supplying heroin from a flat in Lochee have appeared at court in Dundee.
Police said £350,000 worth of the class A drug was found during a raid.
Zane Astbury, 35, of Atholl Street and George Black, 30, of Spey Drive, both Dundee, are accused of, on September 7, 2018, at Atholl Street, being concerned in the supply of diamorphine.
Prosecutors also allege that Black was on bail at the time of the offence.
Neither accused made any plea during their brief, separate, appearances in private before Sheriff Linda Smith at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Astbury’s solicitor Anika Jethwa asked for bail which was granted by the sheriff.
Solicitor Paul Parker Smith, for Black, also moved for bail however his client was remanded in custody by the sheriff, who continued the case against both accused for further examination.
Black is expected to appear from custody and in private again next week to be fully committed for trial.
