Sentence was deferred on a man who admitted driving along a pavement and reversing into a police car.
Alan Phillips, 20, of Thurso Crescent, admitted that he drove a motor vehicle without insurance on various roads in Dundee on June 8.
He also admitted that he failed to stop when told to do so by a police officer on Earn Crescent, Charleston Drive and Arran Drive on the same date.
He further admitted driving dangerously on Balgarthno Terrace, Denhead Crecent and Gourdie Street at excessive speed, causing the vehicle to mount the pavement, driving along the pavement causing a pedestrian to take evasive action to avoid a collision, and reversing at speed, causing it to collide with a marked police vehicle, damaging both cars, on the same date.
Sentence was deferred until September 21 for reports and Phillips was remanded in custody.
