Kriss McCann, of Farington Terrace, was fined after behaving in a threatening manner towards his partner.
McCann, 37, admitted that on January 24, at an address on Marryat Terrace, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting, swearing and acting aggressively towards Zoe Henry and struggling with her.
He was fined £225 by Sheriff Derek Reekie, who said it had been reduced from £440 due to his early guilty plea.
